"The mind can imagine peace, but it is the body that actually lives it."

Embodied Healing — Somatic Experiencing (SE®)
Embodied Wellbeing is a one-to-one session where we slow the pace and pay attention to what your body is already responding to — without needing to analyse or explain everything.
You don’t need to share your story or talk about your past unless you want to. Some sessions include gentle conversation; others involve more quiet and space to notice. Both are welcome.
The work is subtle and paced. Together, we may notice changes in breath, sensations in the body, moments of tension, settling or alertness, and explore what happens when you give these responses a little more space and attention.
There is no need to push for insight, emotional intensity or a particular outcome. We work with what is present and allow your responses to unfold at a pace that feels manageable for you.
This work is informed by Somatic Experiencing®, with an emphasis on safety, choice and developing a greater awareness of how your body responds to stress and everyday experiences.
What sessions are like:

Slow and unhurried, with time to pause and check in
-
Focused on noticing and working with what is happening in the present moment
-
