Refund Policy

At Eve Soma, each session is thoughtfully prepared and time is set aside specifically for you. The following policy helps ensure fairness and respect for both your time and the practitioner’s availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be moved to a new time at no additional cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.
Refunds
Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable. If you cancel with sufficient notice, you may reschedule your session or request a refund.
Practitioner Cancellation
If Eve Soma needs to cancel a session, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
