Cancellation Policy

At Eve Soma, I value the time and commitment you invest in your well-being, and I strive to hold a space that respects both your journey and mine. 1) Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online. New clients are welcome to start with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to explore your needs and ask any questions before committing to a session. 2) Cancellations & Rescheduling: Life happens, and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting. 3) Late Cancellations or Missed Sessions: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will be charged the full session fee, unless due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances. 4) Rescheduling Flexibility: If something comes up, I’ll do my best to accommodate a new time that works for you within the same week, when possible. By booking a session, you agree to these terms, which help keep the work consistent and the space available for all who need it.
