Who this is for

Eve Soma is for people who:

  • Feel mentally overloaded or feels constantly "switched on"

  • Carry stress or tension in their bodies

  • Find it difficult to slow down or truly rest

  • Are curious about mind-body work but want to be in a safe and non-judgmental space

  • Long to feel calm, grounded, and like themselves again

This may not be the right fit if you:

  • Are looking for a quick fix or cathartic release

  • Want high-intensity experiences

  • Prefer a purely cognitive or solution-driven approach

Where to start

You don’t need to know what your body needs — we can discover that together.

You're welcome to book a complimentary introductory chat. This is simply a space to ask questions, get a feel for the work, and see whether it feels right for you.

There’s no rush, no pressure, and no expectation to continue unless it feels like a clear yes in your body.

When you feel ready, the door is open.

Eve Soma's Offerings

Tension & Trauma Release Exercise (TRE®)

TRE® uses a simple sequence of gentle movements to invite the body’s natural releasing response — often experienced as subtle shaking or trembling. This is something the nervous system is biologically wired to do, but many of us suppress it over time.

You remain in control throughout. Nothing is forced, and we go at a pace that feels steady and contained. I help create a safe, supportive environment while your body leads the process.

Some people feel deeply calm afterward; others notice a sense of lightness, looseness, or better sleep. Over time, many experience less tension and an easier relationship with rest.

What sessions are like:

  • Simple movements at the start that are guided at a comfortable pace

  • Mostly non-verbal, with minimal thinking or effort required

  • Contained and supported, without pushing the body

Helpful if you experience:
Tension • Restlessness • Poor sleep • Chronic stress

Embodied Healing

Embodied Healing is a one-to-one session where we slow the pace and pay attention to what your body is already responding to — without needing to analyse or explain it.

You don’t need to share your story or talk through your past unless you want to. Some sessions include gentle conversation; others are mostly quiet. Both are welcome.

The work is subtle and paced. We notice things like changes in breath, sensations in the body, moments of tension, settling, or alertness — and allow your nervous system to respond in its own time, rather than pushing for insight or release.

People often describe leaving sessions feeling more grounded, clearer, and less “on edge".

What sessions are like:

  • Slow and unhurried, with time to pause and check in

  • Focused on settling and grounding, not emotional intensity

  • Guided by what feels manageable for you in the moment

  • Supportive, with clear boundaries and no pressure to perform

This work is informed by Somatic Experiencing®, with the focus on safety, ease, and what is happening in the present moment.

Helpful if you experience:

Burnout • Emotional heaviness • Disconnection • Overwhelm

"The body has an innate ability to heal itself when given the opportunity."
